The lightweight, egg-shaped acrylic vessel lets little makers see their layers and plants from every angle. There is no perfect arrangement to copy. Just space to experiment and make it their own.
Inside your kit
- One egg-shaped acrylic terrarium vessel.
- Drainage pebbles, activated charcoal and terrarium soil mix.
- Decorative stones or a figurine, depending on the selection supplied.
- Plants where included for your delivery destination, as explained below.
- Planting and care guidance through the QR code on your packaging.
Plant it. Style it. Watch it grow.
Lay out the materials together, add the drainage and growing layers, then settle in your plants. Finish with their favourite arrangement of decorative details. Scan the packaging QR code for the planting guide before you begin.
Simple care, with a little observation
Keep your terrarium in bright, indirect light, away from direct sun and heat. Check it weekly. Add a small amount of water only when the growing mix is beginning to dry; do not water simply because a date has arrived. If the mix is still moist, wait. Water needs vary with the room, season and how often the vessel is opened.
Remove dead leaves and trim growth when the little landscape needs more space. An adult should handle cutting tools.
Plants and your delivery destination
Our plant inclusions depend on where your kit is going. QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT kits include plants. South Australian kits receive soilless cuttings with no moss. WA, NT and Tasmania kits do not include live plants or moss; use the plant selection and purchasing guide to source suitable plants locally.
A little help for little hands
For ages 3 and over with adult supervision. Contains small parts, growing materials and live plants where supplied. Keep these out of mouths and away from children under 3. Wash hands after planting.

A little guidance for your tiny world
Trim crowded growth to keep space around the plants, or move an outgrown plant into a suitable new home. An adult should handle cutting tools.
Choose bright, indirect light. Keep the egg away from direct sunlight, heaters and other sources of heat.
Check weekly and add a small amount of water only when the growing mix is beginning to dry. If it is still moist, wait. The room, season and how often the egg is opened affect water needs, so follow the condition of your terrarium rather than a fixed calendar.
