Hoop pine is a naturally large tree, not a permanently miniature variety. As yours grows, it will eventually need a larger home.

Is this a kit or a workshop ticket?
The $65 product is the take-home planting kit. In-store Christmas workshops will have a separate booking page and calendar. Buying a kit does not reserve a workshop place.
Does self-watering mean no watering?
You still refill the lower reservoir and check the growing medium. The wick moves water into the planting bowl to help reduce how often you need to water. Up to two weeks is a guide, not a guarantee for every environment.
How high should I fill the water?
Keep stored water below the planting chamber. The growing medium should not sit submerged in the reservoir. Follow the Mini Echo setup and first-watering instructions, and ask us if you are unsure.
Can we keep the tree after Christmas?
Yes. Remove its decorations and keep caring for your living hoop pine. It will grow and eventually need repotting; it is not a permanently miniature tree.
Can we make it together?
Absolutely. This is a shared activity for children and their grown-ups. An adult should help with the glass system, planting and small decorations.
